Great service! Very good with getting started. Was guided on the process of getting the impressions. First failed but was able to very quickly fix this. Now I have the aligners and they work great!

Great product so far. Been using the aligners for almost a month and they feel great. There's a bit of discomfort the first day of a new stage but after that they're fine.

I am extremely happy with my night time aligners purchased from NewSmile. I shopped around and researched several brands. NewSmile was right for me. They have a very patient and professional service, the staff are warm and friendly, and they will always follow up on the status of your teeth.

The Impression specialist was very considerate and knew what she was doing. I personally feel like the company is trusted and cares for their patients while also putting in their own recommendations as to how to improve an impression or how to make it better.

I was initially a bit reluctant to try this but it has been great. Angel was amazing with helping me do the impressions, she was patient and made me feel at ease with the process. I had a small issue and had a bit of time delay getting my aligners but when I contacted them with my concerns- Anna and the team responded immediately. The customer service is great and friendly. They video chat to make sure you get the teeth impressions correctly. They also follow up from time to time to make sure everything is going well. I had crowding issues for my teeth and after couple months I was already able to see the results. I wore it around 12-16 hrs per day and change it every 2 weeks. I love how people couldn't tell when I'm wearing them unless they really look closely. Now I'm wearing my retainers and I'm so much more confident with my teeth straightenend.

Fabulous service from New Smile
Just had my online session for creating my teeth impressions. I was quite apprehensive about getting it right. Angel, the lady who I booked my session with is fabulous. She is a great ambassador for New Smile. She was patient and encouraging and set me at ease. Her knowledge of the whole process is excellent and she immediately realised that I needed a different size gum tray in order to achieve a perfect impression.

NewSmile worked very well for me. I thought the fee was reasonable, the process was quick and easy to begin with and each step of the process was simple. The customer service representatives are very polite and keep in touch regularly. They are caring and concerned and will answer any questions you have. I would recommend them as a reasonably priced, efficient and caring company to work with.

What if I mess up my impressions or don’t do them right?

Don’t worry! We offer free live video calls to help you take your impressions at-home!

The impression kit includes 4 total putties, and all we need is one good impression of your top and bottom teeth. If you were able to get at least one of each arch, then we should be able to work with it! Go ahead and send the Impression Kit back to get your impressions reviewed. If new impressions are needed, then we'll be in touch to get you setup with a new kit.

Is my Impression Kit refundable?

NewSmile is designed to work for minor to moderate alignment issues, including correcting spacing, crowding between teeth and rotation. Your at-home impressions will be used to determine if you’re a good candidate for NewSmile aligners. If we can't improve your smile in any way, you’ll get a full refund.

Can NewSmile aligners help with crowding?

Yes! Crowding occurs when your teeth overlap due to insufficient jaw space. It’s a very common issue that researchers say may be due to years of evolution and environmental change as our food became softer. We recommend getting started with an impression kit so that your clinical team can assess the severity of crowding and create the best treatment option for you.

Can NewSmile aligners help with spacing?

Yes! Spacing is when gaps exist between teeth. This can occur due to genetics, such as having smaller teeth, or due to behavioral habits, such as mouth breathing. Since spacing may differ from person to person, sending us your impressions is the best way to get custom treatment plan prescribed for your unique smile. If you do not qualify for treatment, we'll refund you the cost of the Impression Kit!

Can NewSmile aligners help with my overbite/underbite/crossbite?

It depends. As there is a limitation to how much clear aligners, by themselves, can move the teeth, NewSmile cannot fully correct an overbite, underbite, or an open bite, which would require either traditional braces, attachments, rubber bands, expanders, and in some cases, jaw surgery. NewSmile aligners may in some cases be able to lessen the appearance of an overbite, however, through better alignment of incisors and canine teeth. Can NewSmile aligners help with my midline?

A dental midline is the line between your two upper front teeth and your two lower front teeth. This line does not always align due to differences in tooth size, missing teeth, or chewing only on one side of your mouth. Can I use NewSmile aligners if I have veneers?
